We purchased a Cloud Leather Sectional in Mahogany which we paid approximately $3,000.00 for and the color started coming off of it all over within approximately 1 month, salesman Nick, (Bloomington Store) said they had never had any problem with the Walnut color so we ordered it and again the color started coming off of it within approximately 2 months so salesman Nick said they were getting a new sectional from a different company in of better... They lied to me over and over! They are not reliable -WARNING- here's what they did to me: 1) Gave false delivery date with no call no show (took work off for it) 2) 3 weeks later delivered the WRONG couch to the store that I had orederd - had to wait another MONTH 3) Gave false delivery date AGAIN no call no show 4) Delivered one piece of the couch had to wait for the rest to be delivered, said it would be a half hour and took 5 hours. 5) Broke... Purchased leather sofa with 5 year extended warranty from Sofa Mart Madison, AL, arrived damaged, they said 'no problem, used it until replacement arrives'. Called to check on replacement was told that style was discontinued. They said I could get a refund, select another style, or keep the damaged one and they'd give me $300 back but I'd no longer have a warranty. My husband and I purchased a sofa set and a separate chair that was the floor model. We were told by the salesperson that the couches would be here mid March and that the chair would be tagged and not sold to anyone else. We bought a 3 piece Italian leather living room seat which consisted of the couch, love seat, and chair! The conditioner kit was comprised of a cleaner and a separate conditioner. Their ad claims free conditioner as long as you own the product! Not anymore! Now they claim its only for 5 years! And the claim is the cleaner is now a combo cleaner & conditioner! Yeah right? Well, I guess I have to say Sofa Mart stands behind their products even though they have a terrible reputation with Great Western Bottling Company (GWBC). A leather repair gentleman came out yesterday and fixed the scratch and small tear in the leather couch's arm rest. We purchased a sectional in July 2015. In 6 months it started coming apart at the seams (literally). We contacted the store. They finally agreed to exchange the sofa. Several weeks later they called to say it was there. We got to the store damaged sofa in tow and they said they could not exchange the whole thing, just the long part, it was three pieces. District manager won't return calls. Very mad, and drove sofa around town for nothing.... Read more

I bought a Flexsteel sofa for $899.00 and paid an additional $100 for a fabric care kit and warranty against stains and damage. When I brought the sofa home I discovered that the center support leg is not long enough by at least 1 inch to touch the floor. I called twice and was given no help on that. Spent $2500 on new furniture. The oversized chair has a wire poking through and they don't have the courtesy to have someone come and look at it. They want me to pay to have it picked up, taken to the store and brought back.   WTF???? If I would have known I would have taken my business to Ernies in Ceresco. I ordered the cloud sectional on the day after Christmas and was told a 4-6 week delivery. It came in at the 4 week mark, I was out of town so I made arrangements to pick it up the following weekend. Amanda was the salesperson working with me, she has been there for several years and made the purchase and pickup pain free.
