My wife and I, recieved a sofa grouping from Sofa Mart as a wedding present, within the first few months the cusions started to have impressions or loose their form due to cheap foam. We hardly use them because I am out on the raod a lot and the sofa was in storage for the first six months that we owned it.. so we used the chair,otto and love seat.
Time passed almost 18months and i did not bother with it being gone a lot of the time. I moved into a diffrent apartment and was finally able to use the sofa, so I took it out of storage and the same thing happened withthe sofa..
I called up Sofa Mart and let them know of was was going on and I was told that it was out of warranty and that I would be charged 35$ for them to come out and 50$ per cusion... also the only thing that would be cover would be frame damage and that is the only way I could have my furniture exchanged. Well, then I told them that actually my leggs went up inside my sofa and the sofa was sitting lopsided.
After hearing that they told me that thwy had to come out and see it...so the tec guy came out and he opened it up and then he opened up another leg on the sofa to see what it was suposed to look like and that one was damaged as well so.. than I was lied to they would no longer exchange the sofas the tec kept on insisting to repair them..
I only weigh 180lbs. I have video evidence of the frame damage after months of agrivation and lies and waiting on managers to contact me, wich they never did i had to always call up and go over there i got them to exchange my sofa group for a new set with an agreement of no warrenty anf that once I take them home they are as is No Warrenty....well the sofa and love seat came in and they had dammage on the sides from being on the side durring shipping. The manager told me that if the impressions in the leather do not come out after one week to call him and that he would get some one to come out and replace the padding on the inside and I was fine with that. He even explained to me how it would be done because I was worried about the seams and he assured me that there would be nothing wrong and so I was suckered in to taking home damaged sofas with no warranty...
Well I waited one month for the padding and impressions in the leather to come out and they did not so I called up Sofa Mart and and they said they would set up a tech to come out and repair well the tec called me to set up a time and he was talking about putting a heat gun on my leather...well I did not want that because I took them with no warranty and heating up the leather could cause the pigment to come off later and damage the sofas. .I refused that and went in to talk to the manager and told me about how outraged I am and what agreement we had the night that I took them and how I kept my end of the deal and he said he would change the padding out and now he said no he would heat the leather up ..I said if the heating does not work what then? he said "I don"t know". I asked if he would take care of it and he said "NO" so I was suckered into taking home sofas with agrement that he would rapair them and I was fine with what I was told..then he lied and said he would put a Heat Gun on the leather ..How Professional is that...these are not garage sale sofas!!!! Terrible customer service and they are liers at Sofa mart!!!

Hey man, if you would use proper grammar and spelling, people might take your complaint a little more seriously. It's obvious that you're an idiot; probably half the things you're saying aren't true because they don't even make sense.

Did this ever get fixed and if so why not an update on something good instead of the bad...thats just me
