I purchased a cloud sofa at over 3,000.00. I even purchased a special warranty.

After about a year and half... the color started flaking off the leather... sent in the warranty info and they refused to fix it... BUT if I took a knife to it..

or bleed all over it..THEN it would be covered. Meanwhile.. I talked to Lone Tree sofa mart to see what they could do (as I purchased it through them). They referred me to the general manager's email..

sent two sets of information, receipts, pics and the refusals of the warranty company.. with no replies. Fast forward two more months.. called again and now they referred me to a repair guy they use...

have fun paying out of pocket money for poor quality leather. Bottom line.. you get what you pay for..

and even less here. I am used to couches that last more than a couple of years for 3000.00 +

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: to fix the problem.

Sofa Mart Pros: Sales rep on the floor, Original sales person.

Sofa Mart Cons: Quality of product, Extra warranty protection did not cover poor quality of product.
