we bought a reclining couch and love seat and a matching recliner. The love seat was defective and we were shipped a new one several weeks later this new one had a puncture in it and we had to wait several more weeks for a replacement. The reclining part in the couch is defective and won't close half the time. The recliner chair broke after about a year. I've had to have my Cloud dark leather sectional replaced 4 times since 2011. The leather peals off almost like sunburned skin where your skin touches. When you get up it leaves little pieces stuck to you. Everytime it's replaced the same thing happens. Along with that the padding has severely separated. We all need to get together and file a class action. I could go on and on about the problems I've had with $11,000 worth of furniture. They... Read more

We bought the Cloud series just over 2 years ago. It looks great but is poor quality. The leather has turned an orange color where the head rests. The padding has completely broken down. One piece is in the shop now for restuffing, but that is not going to fix the surface issues. The staff at the Chattanooga TN are nice but are limited as to what they can do. I would never buy anything else from Furniture Row. Read more

I just wanted to let people know I had a very good experience at Sofa Mart in Dacono, Co (north of Denver). We bought $2500 worth of living room furniture, and had it delivered. The delivery times were accurate and they called me to let me know 1 item didn't come in as expected. I purchased a cloud sofa at over 3,000.00. I even purchased a special warranty. After about a year and half... the color started flaking off the leather... sent in the warranty info and they refused to fix it... BUT if I took a knife to it.. or bleed all over it..THEN it would be covered. Meanwhile.. I talked to Lone Tree sofa mart to see what they could do (as I purchased it through them). They lied to me over and over! They are not reliable -WARNING- here's what they did to me: 1) Gave false delivery date with no call no show (took work off for it) 2) 3 weeks later delivered the WRONG couch to the store that I had orederd - had to wait another MONTH 3) Gave false delivery date AGAIN no call no show 4) Delivered one piece of the couch had to wait for the rest to be delivered, said it would be a half hour and took 5 hours. 5) Broke... Purchased leather sofa with 5 year extended warranty from Sofa Mart Madison, AL, arrived damaged, they said 'no problem, used it until replacement arrives'. Called to check on replacement was told that style was discontinued. My husband and I purchased a sofa set and a separate chair that was the floor model. We were told by the salesperson that the couches would be here mid March and that the chair would be tagged and not sold to anyone else.
