I purchased a "leather" set in 2014 and the 5 yr warranty. Now that the material ia coming off, i cant get any help! Im going to contact the BBB and the DOJ on this because this is defintely deceptive business practices! Someboby better contact me back because Im not going away! Read more

Sofa Mart - Furniture Row Barracuda Couch very poor design, warranty lies!

On December 29th 2012, I bought the Baracuda Sectional from Furniture Row on 8215 Ikea Blvd Charlotte NC, 28262. I was persuaded by the sales representative to purchase the 5 year warranty for an extra $99. The representative said that the warranty covered everything for 5 years. In quote we were told, that if anything happens to the couch within 5 years they would exchange it or pay for repair. In November 2015, the couch started falling apart.... Read more

10/13'16 we went into Sofa Mart Fort Collins to look for a recliner. The store was empty of customers. However the "salesman" was too busy visiting with his friends to even greet us when we came into the store. We looked through the store and found the recliners. How I wish I had seen this site prior to my purchase - which would NOT have happened. My purchase in November 2015 of about $1500 was delivered in January 2016, which I expected. The chair leg had a large chip out of the back leg then and I called it to the attention of the deliverymen. we bought a reclining couch and love seat and a matching recliner. The love seat was defective and we were shipped a new one several weeks later this new one had a puncture in it and we had to wait several more weeks for a replacement. The reclining part in the couch is defective and won't close half the time. The recliner chair broke after about a year. I've had to have my Cloud dark leather sectional replaced 4 times since 2011. The leather peals off almost like sunburned skin where your skin touches. When you get up it leaves little pieces stuck to you. Everytime it's replaced the same thing happens. Along with that the padding has severely separated. We all need to get together and file a class action. I could go on and on about the problems I've had with $11,000 worth of furniture. They... Read more

We bought the Cloud series just over 2 years ago. It looks great but is poor quality. The leather has turned an orange color where the head rests. The padding has completely broken down. One piece is in the shop now for restuffing, but that is not going to fix the surface issues. The staff at the Chattanooga TN are nice but are limited as to what they can do. I would never buy anything else from Furniture Row. Read more

I just wanted to let people know I had a very good experience at Sofa Mart in Dacono, Co (north of Denver). We bought $2500 worth of living room furniture, and had it delivered. The delivery times were accurate and they called me to let me know 1 item didn't come in as expected.
