Sofa Mart - Sofa Review
Purchased warranty for a sofa and love seat set purchased on sale. And after 1 year the spings on the sofa have pushed through the padding.
Sofa mart said they can repair it and they no longer carry the sofa because of poor customer reviews. But since we have warranty we can get a credit but they will only give us half since we bought on sale. Which is just is just wrong that will make us spend more money on top of we paid for their warranty to not have this problem. Plus they want to take old couch and sell it in their damaged section.
So their making even more profit. Its a terrible company and i don know what to do now.
